   Goat Sales Contract:
   This contract is for the sale of the following goat(s).

  Each Party will have responsibility for this exchanges as follows.

• Feed, house and provide basic maintenance, health care and worming to the goat until
  the agreed upon pickup date.

• Give possession of the goat to Buyer on the agreed upon date after full payment is made.

• Our Little Acres will also have all breeding quality Myotonic kids registered at
  Our Little Acres expense and registration papers sent with wethers.

• Membership forms will be provided, and Buyer will be encouraged to join if non-member.

• Disbud goats, unless Buyer requests otherwise in writing.

• Pick up goat(s) at 8 weeks or agreed upon date.

• Pay the remainder of the FULL purchase price with Cash, Cashiers Check, or
  Money Order.

• Pay for, and provide, adequate transportation of the goat – all goats must be
  transported in an adequately sized, covered, ventilated, safe vehicle where they
  may comfortably, and safely, stand, turn around and lay down. If the buyer
  shows up to pick up goat(s) with what Our Little Acres determines to be
  unsatisfactory and/or unsafe transportation Our Little Acres retains the right
  to refuse to release the goat(s).

• Pay for Veterinarian Health Certificate required by law for interstate
  travel and fees charged by Vet for farm call and examination/tests.

• Terms and Conditions:

• The down payment is non-refundable. If Buyer decides to cancel purchase,
  their down payment will not be refunded.

• Down Payment is due when the Buyer commits purchase of the goat.

• If the goat is not picked up within 1 week of the agreed upon date, the Buyer
  forfeits the animal as well as the down payment, unless we have agreed
  on other arrangements in writing.

• By paying a non-refundable deposit, or non-refundable down payment, the buyer
  agrees to, and is bound by, all terms, conditions and responsibilities laid
  out in this contract.

• By signing this contract the buyer agrees that they have read, and understand,
  this entire contract and they agree to all the responsibilities, terms and conditions
  laid out herein.
